Alma Marie Kaniehtisákhe Diabo has served as the school administrator since June 2014. Her extensive experience underscores the importance of prioritizing the well-being and success of both students and staff within the educational environment. She is a valued member of the Indian Way School community, having worked at the school intermittently since 1972.
Under her leadership, Indian Way School has witnessed substantial improvements in student achievement and instructional quality. Ms. Diabo’s commitment to fostering an effective learning atmosphere has positively impacted the school community, contributing to enhanced academic outcomes and overall educational experiences.

Cathy Beauvais is reliable and efficient. With over twenty years of experience supporting the Indian Way School team, she is known in the school community for her exceptional “Jackie of All Trades” skills.
Cathy can multitask and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines and school operations run smoothly. She excels at maintaining confidential and sensitive information, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
Her dedication to our team, students, and families makes her an invaluable asset to our school.

James Lazare plays a vital role in maintaining Indian Way School’s financial well-being. He is extremely detail-oriented and a highly organized young man.
He is skilled in managing accounts payable/receivable, processing payroll and employee benefits, and complying with government reporting/payment schedules accurately and on time, among other things. James’ proven ability to analyze financial data and maintain accurate financial records has resulted in successful audits and transparency.
