Community Health Services is actively involved in all health issues and practices across the community and plays an integral part in providing health education/intervention at Indian Way School.

- Provides preventive and screening services, health education, and assistance with decision-making about student health and immunization against preventable diseases.
- Early identification of health problems.
- Provides interventions and referrals to foster health and educational success.

Elise Matthieu
Dental Hygienist
- Evaluates students’ overall dental health by looking for signs of disease and damage.
- Provides preventative oral health education.
- Provides students with regular dental cleaning, sealants, and fluoride treatment.

Chantel Hadad
Nutritionist
- Promotes healthy eating habits by educating students about food choices.
- Provides teachers with health education and teaches them the tenets of healthy eating and diet monitoring.
- Provides education on disease prevention such as obesity and diabetes.

Chelsea McComber

- Provides physical education aimed at improving student health through physical activity.
- Promotes obesity/diabetes prevention through physical activity.
